Counselling/Psychotherapy

Counselling/Psychotherapy is predominantly a talking therapy which allows you to talk through any problems or concerns you are experiencing in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment with a professionally trained and qualified therapist.

Counselling/Psychotherapy helps you to explore, make sense of and come to terms with any difficulties you may be facing, either in your present or from your past. It may focus on specific problems or it may help you to uncover underlying issues that are blocking and preventing you from living your life as you would like to, or from moving on emotionally.

As a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, I abide by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy’s ethical framework for good practice. In accordance with accreditation requirements I attend monthly casework supervision in order to ensure safe, effective and professional practice.
